All information provided on your application will be kept confidential, with the exception of the following: Sousuke Aizen will also review all Arrancar applications, any Gotei Captains or Lieutenants, if played, will review any applications concerning their Goteis, and Iesada Satsue will review Academy OC applications. This policy is in place to ensure that we maintain a happy playerbase and keep conflicts between players to a minimum.
The turnaround time for applications is generally 1 - 3 days. This timeframe ensures that everyone on staff has a chance to review the application, and that we have a chance to contact a Division head or other involved player, if necessary. Please don't e-mail staff requesting the status of your application, we process things as quickly as possible and it would slow us down to have to continually respond to people asking if they've been approved yet.

6. Age: Appearance and actual age if known for FCs, otherwise appearance only is fine. OCs must include both.
7. Location: Where character is currently located.
8. District of Origin: If from Rukongai, direction and number. OCs must include this. If this is not known for your FC or does not apply, simply put N/A.
9. Rank / Occupation: Gotei seat, any titles or jobs, etc., go here.
10. Background: Please provide a well-thought background for your character. For OCs this is especially important and should begin, at the very least, with where they began in Seireitei or Hueco Mundo up until where they are presently. You may also include a "before death" background for shinigami or arrancar from their time spent in the living world, if you desire.
11. Personality: What your character is like. Quirks, behaviors, etc. You don't need to write a full psychological evaluation of your character, but give enough information so we understand how your character acts.
12. Powers: For FC shinigami, include zanpakutou name, manifestation (if known), shikai, and bankai (if achieved). For OC shinigami, include all of these except bankai -- OCs will not achieve bankai. Also include proficiency in skills like kidou and shunpo (it is not necessary to list individual kidou spells). For FC non-shinigami, abilities like seeing or hearing spirits, or like Chad and Orihime's special talents go here (OC humans will not have powers). For Arrancar, include releases and proficiencies in basic Arrancar skills. This is what will be used to set up your +powers once you are approved, so make sure that you include everything you wish your character to be able to do here.
13. Pose Sample: Please give us a sample pose, so we can see how you handle the character. Be creative, but make sure it's more than dialogue and try to give as much insight into the character you're applying for as possible. If applying for an FC and using a scene from the manga or anime as part of your pose sample, please be sure to provide a look at the character's thoughts and psychological reactions instead of just simply describing physical actions. Moreover, if you choose to go this route, why not pick a scene where your character is not the main focus and provide their thoughts on what is happening?
